Shipping Policy
Reggio will process all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia-Wide: 5–7 business days
- International: 11–16 business days
- Express Shipping: Available in select regions
We offer tracked shipping on all orders, whether standard or express.
Please note: Reggio is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched from our office — however, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues that may arise.
Returns Policy
Reggio accepts returns only after assessment of the product and the reason for return. To request a return:
- Email us at reggiocoperth@outlook.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include photos and a brief explanation of the issue
- If approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Refunds apply to the product price only (not shipping fees) and will be issued once the returned item is received and reviewed at our office.
We cannot guarantee a refund until the return has been assessed. If a refund is not approved, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
