Custom products
Custom goalkeeper gloves and custom shin pads are made to order and can’t be returned or refunded for change of mind. If a custom item arrives faulty, we’ll make it right.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (where applicable).
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and include photos so we can help fast.
How to request a return

Contact support Send your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Get instructions We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address / next steps.

Ship it back Pack securely to avoid damage in transit and keep your tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund is processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a replacement for a faulty item, contact support and we’ll guide you to the fastest option available.
For custom goalkeeper gloves and custom shin pads, exchanges are only possible in cases of confirmed fault or production error.
