4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

Please review your design selections, names, measurements, and structural styles carefully before submitting, as we cannot accommodate cancellation or modification requests once custom production has commenced.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange options solely in accordance with our 14-day Returns & Refunds Policy. You represent and warrant that all product purchases are for your own personal or household use, and are not acquired for commercial resale, reproduction, or unauthorised export.

5. Prices, Expenses, and Pricing Glitches

Prices, commercial discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the moment the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include domestic shipping, international freight, customs clearance duties, or import tariffs levied by your destination country.

5.1 Pricing Malfunctions
