Processing time

Orders are prepared before they leave our hands. Processing time depends on whether the item is Standard or Custom.

  • Standard items Typically processed in 1–3 business days.

  • Custom goalkeeper gloves & shin pads Made to order. Processing time can be longer depending on workload and customization details.

Delivery time

Delivery starts once the carrier receives your parcel. Timeframes vary by destination and carrier.

  • Tracking updates Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch.

  • Multiple carriers Some routes may switch carriers mid-journey — tracking still works in one place.

Shipping fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.

  • Accurate at checkout Your final shipping cost is always shown before payment.

  • Different products Some items may ship from different locations and can affect fees/timelines.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on your country.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
If the label was created recently, the carrier may take 24–48 hours to scan the parcel. Updates usually start once the parcel reaches the first sorting facility.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
My parcel says delivered but I don’t have it
Check with neighbors/concierge and look for a safe-drop location. If it’s still missing, contact support and we’ll help you open a carrier investigation.
